Aggregator CRMs for Mortgage Brokers
Aggregator CRMs pair a broker’s aggregation network with the software they use each day: Finsure has Infynity, Connective has Mercury Nexus and LMG has MyCRM. Find your aggregator below, then open the platform page for sign-in help or the task you need to complete.

Find Your Aggregator and CRM
Match the aggregator’s name to its CRM or workflow platform before choosing a login. AFG has several product names within one technology suite.

|---|---|---|
| Finsure | Infynity | Infynity for the CRM Finsure supplies to its brokers |
| Connective | Mercury Nexus | Mercury Nexus for Connective’s platform |
| LMG (Loan Market Group), including Loan Market and the former PLAN, Choice and FAST networks | MyCRM | MyCRM for LMG’s broker workflow |
| AFG | Suite360, Flex and BrokerEngine Plus | AFG Suite360 for the suite, AFG Flex for Flex and BrokerEngine for the workflow platform and its AFG Plus version |
| YBR Aggregation (formerly Vow Financial) | Vownet | Vownet for Vow-branded access and the relationship with Ynet 2.0 |

Finsure has announced Metanoia as its next-generation broker platform. Its public site still identifies Infynity as its CRM. Use the Infynity page for the distinction between the two names and Finsure’s staged replacement.
Some finance aggregators across Australia use their own branding on the platform. outsource Financial calls its Salestrekker platform ioutsource, while Astute uses GEM. SFG supplies SFGconnect, also powered by Salestrekker.
Chief is My Local Broker’s Salestrekker platform. Its aggregator profile covers that service. Compass supplies Navigate for its asset finance brokers.
Choose the Task You Need
For sign-in or account recovery, open the login section for your platform. These links take you to the platform’s access instructions.
- Infynity login and Finsure account access
- Mercury Nexus login through Connective
- MyCRM login for LMG and Loan Market brokers
- AFG Suite360 login and broker access
- AFG Flex login and the Suite360 sign-in
- BrokerEngine login for AFG Plus or standalone accounts
- Vownet login and account recovery
- Salestrekker 2.0 login and branded entry points
For loan lodgement, use the ApplyOnline workflow guide or the Simpology guide for Loanapp. These are lender lodgement systems used across aggregators, and your CRM can connect to them. The lender’s submission channel decides which lodgement instructions apply.
For client records and deal progress, continue to the workflow sections on your platform’s page. For paid commission, use its later statement section. Those sections distinguish the platform’s reporting from the aggregator’s issued payment figures.
Check Which Name Appears on Your Report
The commission-report issuer is the aggregation entity that accounts for your payments. The CRM name identifies the software you use to manage clients and deals. These names can differ.
A broker using Ynet 2.0 or an older Vow login still belongs to YBR Aggregation’s network. Use YBR Aggregation’s profile for its report route, even when the login carries Vow or Ynet branding. PLAN, Choice and FAST are former networks inside LMG, so an older platform name alone does not identify the report you need.
Use the aggregator’s issued statement to check paid upfront and trail. A pipeline screen shows deal progress and expected settlements. Match the statement’s issuer and report type when you download the payment data.
Where to Check Compatibility and Pay
Track My Trail report compatibility follows the aggregator’s report format. Find your report instructions in the aggregator profiles or the supported aggregator list.
Track My Trail reads the reports your aggregator issues. Upload two monthly reports to Quick Analysis to see which loans joined or left the book and why trail changed. For another statement format, the Generic CSV template or PDF to CSV gives you a route to analysis.
For published upfront and trail rates, use the commission-rate schedules. The schedules include AFG, Connective, Finsure, LMG and YBR Aggregation, formerly Vow Financial. For lender rules behind broker pay or an application, continue to the lender-policy guides.
