AFG Suite 360: Broker Login, Tools and Costs

Track My Trail Team

AFG Suite 360 is Australian Finance Group’s broker technology package for client records, documents, deal workflow and business reporting. AFG supplies the suite to its broker network, with BrokerEngine Plus for daily lending work and the FinanceVault client portal for collecting documents.

AFG Suite360 Login and Broker Access

Open the AFG Suite360 sign-in and use your own email address and password. The entry address leads to the AFG dashboard, where you access the tools available to your account.

Give every staff member an individual login. Keep credentials private and remove departed staff promptly, including their access to client records and documents. AFG’s broker service team is the authority on account setup, access permissions and sign-in problems. Use Help and Learn for instructions once you can enter the suite.

If you need the Flex screen, follow the AFG Flex login guide. Keep your Suite360 sign-in separate from any lender portal credentials your office uses.

What Sits Inside Suite360

BrokerEngine Plus is the workspace for customer records and the progression of each loan application. It has configurable workflows, automated tasks and deal-specific checklists, with direct lodgement to ApplyOnline.

ApplyOnline is the lodgement platform receiving the application from BrokerEngine Plus. The aggregator CRM directory explains how these platforms fit broker work. The BrokerEngine guide explains the workflow in more detail, including its separate access arrangements.

Around BrokerEngine Plus, AFG supplies Analytics for business reporting, access to AFG Flex and lender information. Help contains AFG’s broking knowledge base. Learn contains training and learning pathways for brokers and their teams. AFG’s technology page explains the package.

AFG also gives its brokers access to Stryd through Suite360. Stryd describes its software as a broker retention engine. It monitors borrower loan information and alerts the broker to review opportunities. AFG’s Stryd integration announcement explains the single sign-on connection.

Security Responsibilities Stay Yours

FinanceVault lets clients upload documents through a portal instead of sending email attachments. Your office still controls who can view those documents, how long it retains them and how staff follow the licensee’s policy.

Choose staff permissions for the work each person performs. Include portal access in your offboarding checklist and review the document-retention rules with your licensee. A portal changes the collection method. It does not decide your record-keeping obligations.

Document Handling With FinanceVault

FinanceVault handles document requests in both directions. You send a request, the client uploads the requested documents and your team reviews them before submission. The FinanceVault guide covers the portal itself.

Write requests so the client knows which document and which period you need. Check that uploads belong to the correct borrower and include every required page. Mark missing or unsuitable documents against the deal and request replacements before lodgement.

Wrong documents can reach the lender as quickly as correct ones. Keep a review step between collection and submission so faster uploads do not carry an incomplete file forward.

Where Time Savings Actually Appear

BrokerEngine Plus saves repeated work through automated submission steps and reduced duplicate entry. A task created by a workflow also gives the next person a visible action to complete.

The saving depends on how deliberately your office maps its process. A checklist that matches your lender preparation steps can remove repeated checking. A workflow that assigns the wrong task creates another correction.

Treat minutes-per-deal claims as a starting point for measuring your own files. Count the time spent correcting records and chasing missing documents as well as the time spent entering application details.

Integrations With the Wider Stack

BrokerEngine Plus connects the application workflow to ApplyOnline, while Suite360 gives AFG brokers access to Flex. Decide which pathway your office uses for each lender and form before configuring the workflow.

Follow one file through each connection. Check which information transfers and which fields still need entry in the receiving system. Keep the application reference against the deal so staff can match lender messages to the correct record.

Cost and Eligibility

Suite360 is available within the AFG group, with inclusions determined by your agreement and business setup. AFG quotes technology pricing for the brokerage, so the cost decision starts with your full agreement.

Read AFG’s commission-rate schedule alongside the aggregator fees guide. Commission retention, technology charges and the support package affect the amount left from each file. A software charge alone cannot show that result.

For a hypothetical office comparison, divide the agreement’s annual fixed costs by expected settled files. Then add the agreement’s charges or commission deductions for each file. Use your own settlement volume and written terms to compare the cost with the time saved.

Suite360 Analytics and Your AFG Commission Statement

Suite360 Analytics reports on the business using application, contact and commission data. AFG’s issued commission statement records the trail paid to you. Use that statement when checking whether a loan generated the expected payment.

Match each statement loan reference to the corresponding loan in your trail book. Check the payment period and trail amount against the same loan’s earlier payment. If a reference is absent, check whether it changed or the loan discharged before treating the gap as missing trail.

For example, a hypothetical active loan remains in the client record but has no trail row on the latest statement. Keep its earlier statement row and loan reference together, then raise the missing payment with AFG.

Track My Trail reads AFG’s reports. Upload two monthly reports and Quick Analysis explains the change in trail, including clients added, clients dropped off and loans that discharged or refinanced. See Track My Trail with AFG reports for the reporting workflow.

How to Decide

Run two live files through Suite360 from fact find to lodgement. Use files your team is authorised to process and keep the office’s normal document review in place.

Record where the workflow matches your process, where staff need workarounds and how much duplicate entry disappears. These are separate observations, so record the staff time for each file as well as the final result.

Compare the result with the full agreement cost and your expected file volume. If the setup works for the office, move one pipeline segment first. Review it after a month before moving the whole book.
