Vownet is the broker customer relationship management (CRM) system supplied by YBR Aggregation, formerly Vow Financial. YBR’s earlier reporting names Salestrekker as its provider, while its aggregation page keeps the Vownet name.
Vownet Login and Account Recovery
Use the Vownet address in your YBR onboarding instructions or the entry your brokerage administrator supplies. YBR also has a broker portal and separate home-loan and commissions logins. Choose the entry for the task you need to complete.
The Vownet sign-in screen asks for your email and password, with a two-factor authentication step. An old Vow Financial login bookmark needs checking against your brokerage’s authorised entry before you enter credentials. Keep it only if YBR confirms it reaches your existing account.
If you cannot sign in, work through the cause before changing accounts:
- Confirm the email registered with YBR. If your account has never worked, ask your brokerage administrator whether onboarding activated it under the correct brokerage. YBR lists onboarding@vow.com.au for onboarding enquiries.
- If the password is rejected, use Vownet’s “Forgot your password?” option from your authorised sign-in page. Check the registered inbox and spam folder for the reset message. If it does not arrive, ask your administrator or YBR support to confirm the account identity.
- If verification blocks entry, use the recovery option for the problem shown, such as a lost two-factor device. Escalate a locked verification step to YBR support through your administrator or State Manager.
- After recovery, open a client or deal you are authorised to manage. If you can sign in but cannot see it, ask the administrator to check your brokerage assignment and permissions.
Successful sign-in proves that your account works. Access to another broker’s clients or the brokerage’s commission statement needs the relevant permission. A password reset does not grant it.
What Vownet Provides
Vownet is YBR Aggregation’s CRM for brokers operating through its aggregation network. YBR’s aggregation page identifies Vownet as its CRM and confirms the former Vow Financial name. Vow Financial became YBR Aggregation in 2024.
YBR advertises a digital fact-find with electronic document signing and a drag-and-drop whiteboard for tracking deals. Its Vownet material also lists document templates, marketing messages and communications integrations. These functions help organise the client file and move an application through the brokerage’s workflow. The aggregator CRM guides explain the systems used across other broker networks.
Clients, Deals and Broker Responsibilities
Use Vownet to collect client information and track each deal’s progress. The digital fact-find gives the brokerage a place to collect the information needed for an application. The pipeline whiteboard shows where a deal sits and which file needs attention next.
A practical daily check starts with deals awaiting information or a response. Open the file, identify what is missing and assign the follow-up through your brokerage’s process. When information arrives, review it before advancing the deal.
Electronic signing and document templates help prepare the file. You still need to check that evidence supports the application and that the required records are complete. A moved pipeline card records progress within the CRM. Confirm lender approval and settlement against the corresponding lender communication before treating either as completed.
Vownet and Ynet 2.0
YBR Group uses Vownet for YBR Aggregation brokers and Ynet 2.0 for its franchise brokers. The YBR franchise page describes Ynet 2.0 as using the Salestrekker platform. It writes the name as Ynet2.0.
A franchise broker needs the Ynet 2.0 entry and team assignment supplied by their franchise administrator. A generic Salestrekker sign-in is not a substitute for confirming which YBR workspace your account belongs to. If you move between a franchise and an aggregation brokerage, have the administrator confirm access before assuming the existing account covers both.
Ynet is also a name used by unrelated news services and organisations. Those services have no role in your YBR client files or broker sign-in. For the group’s structure and its brokerage models, see the Yellow Brick Road aggregator profile.
Vownet and Salestrekker
The Vownet and Salestrekker relationship has a documented history. YBR’s 2017 annual report described the CRM as Vownet by Salestrekker and named deal management and digital CRM functions. YBR’s aggregation page identifies Vownet without naming a software vendor or version.
Ynet 2.0 has an explicit Salestrekker description on YBR’s franchise page. That does not make Vownet and Ynet 2.0 interchangeable accounts. Use the platform and brokerage workspace assigned to you, and get changes to access confirmed by the administrator.
The Salestrekker platform guide explains the underlying broker platform. Your YBR administrator is the contact for which tools and permissions apply to your account.
Find the Source of Vow and YBR Commission Figures
Use the commission report YBR issues to check paid commission. A Vownet deal or pipeline view tells you about workflow progress. It does not, by itself, establish that a lender’s payment reached the brokerage.
YBR’s aggregation website has a separate commissions login. Request the report through that authorised channel or the brokerage administrator responsible for commission access. YBR’s broker portal lists commenq@vow.com.au for commission enquiries. Give the loan reference and the reporting period when asking about a missing payment.
Compare the paid loan references in the report with the settled loans in your trail book. Match the lender and loan reference before comparing the amount. Review the Vow Financial commission-rate schedule for the published rates, then apply the terms of your own agreement.
For a hypothetical check, suppose your settled-loan register contains reference VF12345. If the YBR report includes VF12345, compare its payment with the applicable terms. If that reference is absent, ask the commission team whether payment is outstanding or recorded under another reference. The missing row is a question to investigate, not proof of an underpayment.
The same process applies to Ynet 2.0 deals. Franchise brokers also need their YBR-issued report to check paid figures, with permission to view the relevant brokerage or broker records.
Track My Trail reads YBR Aggregation reports. Upload two monthly reports and Quick Analysis shows which loans were added or dropped off and how trail changed. The Vownet commission-analysis comparison explains that reporting job beside the CRM. Keep the report and matched loan reference with your enquiry so YBR can investigate the payment you are questioning.
