MyCRM is the broker platform supplied by LMG (Loan Market Group) for managing customer records and loans from enquiry to lodgement. LMG develops the platform for its network, including Loan Market brokers.
MyCRM Login for LMG and Loan Market Brokers
Start with LMG’s official technology page to identify its MyCRM platform, then use the account link your LMG administrator supplies. Other finance and property products share the MyCRM name, so confirm the organisation before entering credentials.
Brokers who joined through FAST, PLAN or Choice now work within the LMG environment. If an old FAST or Loan Market bookmark stops working, ask your LMG administrator to confirm your current account and sign-in address. Repeatedly resetting an account at an old address will not restore access to your current brokerage.
Before signing in, you need an activated user account assigned to the correct brokerage. Your administrator must also grant access to the work you perform. Use your own account so file changes remain attributable to you.
- Open the sign-in address supplied for your current LMG account. Confirm that it belongs to your brokerage’s MyCRM environment.
- Use the password route shown there, or your organisation’s single sign-on route if your administrator has configured one.
- For a rejected password, use the reset option on that confirmed page. If your organisation uses single sign-on, recover the organisation account through its administrator.
- After signing in, open a deal you are authorised to handle. Confirm that the expected reports and manager functions are available for your role.
A successful login with missing deals or reports is an access-permission problem. Your LMG administrator must restore those permissions. Send the error message and affected function, along with your account email and brokerage name. Never send your password.
What MyCRM Does From Enquiry to Lodgement
MyCRM holds leads, customer profiles and loan documents in a shared record as the application moves towards lodgement. Its workflow includes automated lead validation, customer data collection and consent tools.
For example, a new enquiry becomes a customer record that staff can develop into a loan file. The broker can review supplied information and follow up missing documents before lodging the application. Keep corrections against the same record so another staff member can understand what changed.
Marketing automation can schedule follow-ups and maintain contact after settlement. Confirm the client’s consent record before activating a campaign. Each client conversation still needs an accountable broker who can answer questions and correct an unsuitable message.
Time Savings and Their Limits
Shared MyCRM records reduce re-entry when staff use the same customer information throughout the loan process. They also make caseloads easier to review because the team can see outstanding work against the file.
The gain disappears when staff maintain parallel spreadsheets or leave required fields incomplete. An administrator cannot rely on a dashboard if the latest document or status exists only in someone’s inbox. Agree where each record belongs and who updates it after a customer conversation.

Integrations: Quickli, SmartData and Credit Data
LMG lists Quickli among MyCRM’s integrations. Selected application information can move into Quickli for serviceability and policy work. The Quickli guide explains those tools separately from MyCRM’s customer and deal records.
Map who authorises each transfer and which fields move between the systems. Staff need a way to recognise a stale result after income or loan details change. Compare the transferred values with the current file before relying on the calculation.
SmartData supports pre-filled identity information, bank connections and expense grouping within the customer information collection process. Those outputs help organise the file. Source documents still determine whether a figure can be relied on, particularly when declared expenses conflict with transaction data.
LMG’s technology page still names its credit-data connection as illion. illion is part of Experian, whose credit-report guidance explains the combined credit information. Treat that connection as one provider relationship when mapping the file’s data sources.
Check your current service plan before assuming another provider’s data can transfer. A connection to one service does not establish compatibility with every credit or customer-data provider.
Compliance Controls and Data Access
MyCRM’s required fields, consent records and document prompts make missing information easier to spot. They do not prove that the advice or the explanation given to a customer was adequate.
Keep permissions narrow enough that staff can access the files their work requires. Review access when a staff member changes role or leaves. Check the applicable retention rules before deleting or exporting customer records.
Send automated risk alerts to a person who reviews the evidence and records the decision. An alert can direct attention to a file, while the broker remains responsible for the advice and the application.
Training and Support Through LMG
Brokerversity has courses and learning pathways for LMG brokers, including MyCRM and SmartData modules. Match the training to each person’s work and record completion where the licensee requires it.
Ask a new staff member to complete a guided test file from enquiry through document collection and lodgement preparation. Check that they can correct a record and recognise when a permission prevents the next step. That demonstrates readiness more clearly than watching a product demonstration.
LMG’s compliance support includes a local compliance consultant and a complaints and investigations team. Use that support for group procedures and file questions. Responsibility for the advice stays with the broker.
Before committing your brokerage’s records to the platform, understand the data-export process if the business later leaves LMG. Identify which records and documents the export contains and how you will retain the advice history.
MyCRM Dashboards Versus the LMG Commission Statement
MyCRM’s business dashboards show performance and expected commissions. The amount paid to the broker comes from the commission statement LMG issues. A deal status in MyCRM is insufficient evidence that its commission has arrived.
Match the lender loan reference on the LMG statement against the same loan in your trail book. Then compare the payment type and amount for the statement period. If a settled loan has no matching payment, raise the statement gap with LMG using that reference.
In a hypothetical case, MyCRM shows a loan as settled and an expected upfront amount. The LMG statement contains no payment for its lender loan reference. Keep that loan on the reconciliation list until LMG accounts for the payment.
Track My Trail reads LMG’s issued reports alongside your MyCRM workflow. Upload two monthly reports to Quick Analysis to see which loans were added or dropped off and which clients discharged or refinanced. That explains a change in trail income using the reports’ payment data.
See Track My Trail with LMG reports for the report workflow. Use the LMG commission-rate schedule when checking the rate, then reconcile the actual payment against the issued statement.
