Infynity is the broker customer relationship management (CRM) platform Finsure supplies to its network, developed by Finsure’s in-house technical team. Brokers use it for client records and loan workflow while Finsure introduces Metanoia through a staged rollout.
Infynity Login and Finsure Account Access
The Infynity sign-in screen is at infynity.com.au/login and asks for your User ID and password. Before entering credentials, check that the address bar shows the infynity.com.au domain. Use your office’s Finsure-issued sign-in instructions to reach the platform assigned to you.
Finsure manages broker access. If you have no invitation or your account is inactive, ask your Finsure administrator to check account activation and the registered User ID. A password reset cannot create an account.
| What You See | What to Check | Next Action |
|---|---|---|
| Your password is rejected | Confirm the User ID belongs to your personal broker account. | Use Forgot password on the Infynity sign-in screen and enter that User ID. |
| The reset email never arrives | Check your spam folder and whether the User ID is registered. | Ask the Finsure administrator to check the account’s email address and activation. |
| A verification code fails | Confirm you are following the sign-in instructions for your assigned platform. | Ask the Finsure administrator to check your verification access. Never share the code. |
| You sign in but see no deals or reports | Check whether your account has the office workspace and role access you need. | Ask the Finsure administrator to correct permissions. Resetting the password does not restore missing permissions. |
Each staff member needs a personal login. A shared Infynity password exposes client files to everyone who knows it and makes individual access harder to remove. Ask the administrator to remove departed users promptly.
After recovery, confirm that you can open a deal your role permits and see the reports you normally use. If either is missing, give the administrator the error text and the affected workspace. Keep client details and passwords out of the support message.
What Infynity Does for Finsure Brokers
Infynity keeps contacts and documents beside the broker’s loan workflow. Finsure also promotes marketing tools for lead nurturing and client relationships, including targeted email campaigns and automated customer journeys. These tools support customer-service follow-up alongside the loan file.
Finsure’s Infynity Client Centre announcement describes a branded portal where clients complete a fact find and upload supporting documents. Clients can see loan details and application progress, and communicate with their broker. The information feeds into the broker’s Infynity account.
Finsure spells the name Infynity, although it is often written ‘Infinity’. Ask Finsure to demonstrate the platform assigned to your office, including document capture and the client portal. An older feature list cannot show which screens your team uses today.
For context on other networks, see the CRMs Australian aggregators supply.
Cost and Access Through Finsure
Infynity comes through Finsure membership and has been described as part of its aggregator fees. Our Finsure commission-rate schedule covers the published lender rates.
Request the current fee sheet before you budget for the year. Ask which users are included, what optional services cost and whether Metanoia changes your charges. Have Finsure confirm the fees for the platform and services your office will actually use.
Metanoia: Finsure’s Staged Replacement for Infynity
Metanoia is Finsure’s next-generation broker platform. Finsure’s home page still presents Infynity as its CRM, so the Metanoia announcement alone does not identify your office’s current system.
The Adviser’s report on Metanoia describes a phased rollout in which Finsure replaces components in stages. That report gives no single cutover date.
Ask your Finsure administrator which platform your office uses today and whether Finsure has set an office move date. Get the handover instructions for that office before changing the team’s process.
During a handover, keep client and lender loan identifiers comparable between systems. Reconcile open deals and document history, and confirm continued access to past commission statements. These records let the team follow an existing file after its screen or workflow changes.
Ask Finsure to show how your client records transfer and how your pipeline appears in Metanoia. Confirm the lodgement process and each team member’s permissions with your own office configuration. Treat those as handover questions, not assumptions about what every Metanoia account includes.
Infynity’s Background and 2022 Award
Finsure’s history includes its acquisition of LoanKit in 2013, which Finsure describes in its anniversary account. That is part of the aggregation business behind its CRM.
Infynity won Technology Platform of the Year at The Adviser’s 2022 Australian Broking Awards. The publisher’s winners report names Finsure as the winner, and Finsure identifies Infynity as the winning platform.
The award recognises the platform at that time. It does not settle which CRM your office uses during the Metanoia rollout.
Checking Finsure Commission Reports Against Your Trail
Infynity holds the deal and settlement record, while the trail you are actually paid appears on Finsure’s issued commission statement. A settled file and a payment row answer different questions.
Match the lender loan reference on the statement to the corresponding loan in your trail book. For a settled loan with no trail row, check when trail starts under the lender’s terms and compare the following statement. If an expected payment stays absent, raise the loan reference and affected reporting periods with Finsure.
For example, a settled deal can remain visible in Infynity even when its lender loan reference is absent from the next commission statement. Matching the references exposes that gap. A client name alone can be ambiguous when the client has several loans.
With two monthly Finsure reports, Track My Trail’s Quick Analysis shows which clients were added or dropped off and who discharged or refinanced. It also shows large paydowns and drawdowns, so you can investigate why the trail changed.
See Track My Trail with Finsure reports for the comparison using your own statements. The supported aggregator reports page explains report coverage.
Assessing the Platform Your Office Will Use
Assess Infynity or Metanoia against a residential file your team normally handles. Keep these four checks together when you ask Finsure for a demonstration.
- Ask whether your business uses Infynity or Metanoia today and whether Finsure has set a move date for your office.
- Run a sample residential file through the assigned platform, including client details and document collection.
- Check where staff must re-enter information and what client and loan data you can export.
- Get the current fee sheet and written workflow for the platform your office will use.
Before a move, have the team confirm that the sample file’s identifiers, documents and open actions carry through. Use that result and Finsure’s written handover instructions to decide what your office must change.
