Salestrekker CRM: Login and Aggregator Brands

Track My Trail Team

Salestrekker is a CRM and loan origination platform made by Salestrekker, supplied by aggregators under names such as SFGconnect 2.0 and ioutsource. Your aggregator supplies the branded workspace, while Salestrekker supplies the underlying software for client records and deal workflows.

Salestrekker 2.0 Login and Branded Entry Points

For Salestrekker 2.0 login, use the Salestrekker 2.0 sign-in page. If your aggregator supplied a branded account, use the sign-in link in its member portal or your account invitation instead. That link takes you to the workspace your aggregator set up.

Enter your account email and password, then complete the two-factor authentication step. On a first login, follow the invitation’s email verification and temporary-password instructions before creating your own password. Salestrekker’s login guide explains the verification and recovery options.

If you can sign in but cannot see your organisation or deals, contact the aggregator or office administrator who created your account. Ask them to check your organisation membership and permissions. For a product fault, contact Salestrekker support through the in-app help desk or its support team. Include the error message and the action that caused it, without sending passwords or verification codes.

What Salestrekker Does

Salestrekker 2.0 organises work around deals, tasks, contacts, reports and tools. Settings control portals and integrations, with organisation settings available to users who have the right permissions.

You can build custom workflows with conditional automation. A rule can allocate a task or send a reminder when a deal reaches a stage, so the next action follows the process you configured. Email and SMS sit alongside client portals in the same system.

The workflow extends from first contact to post-settlement follow-up. Annual reviews are easy to lose when settlement closes the file and nobody owns the next contact. Assign that follow-up in the workflow so it remains visible after lodgement and settlement.

Branded Salestrekker CRMs by Aggregator

Aggregators can supply Salestrekker under their own CRM name, so the name on your login screen can differ from the software vendor. The table separates those brands from the supplying aggregator. The aggregator CRM guides cover the other platforms brokers use.

Supplying Aggregator CRM or Platform Name Software Vendor or Relationship
YBR franchise network Ynet 2.0 Salestrekker
outsource Financial ioutsource Salestrekker
Astute GEM Salestrekker
My Local Broker Chief Salestrekker
SFG SFGconnect 2.0 Salestrekker
Purple Circle Salestrekker 2.0 Salestrekker
Mortgage Australia Group Salestrekker Salestrekker
Brass Salestrekker CRM Salestrekker
Viking Residential platform: Salestrekker 2.0 Salestrekker
YBR Aggregation (formerly Vow Financial) Vownet Vendor not identified by YBR’s platform page

YBR’s franchise page names Ynet 2.0 and Salestrekker together. Its aggregation page names Vownet without naming the vendor. The Vownet and Ynet guide explains the two YBR entry points.

Salestrekker also lists Compass as a partner. That partner listing does not identify a branded CRM or broker login route. Use the Compass aggregator profile for its broker services rather than assuming it shares another aggregator’s entry point.

Viking’s Salestrekker platform is for residential lending. Its asset-finance and commercial platforms are separate, so the residential CRM row does not describe every Viking deal.

Where It Earns Its Keep Day to Day

Salestrekker keeps documents, notes and messages against the file, which reduces the handover work when another team member picks up a deal. Automated workflows also apply the same processing steps across files instead of relying on someone remembering each task.

Salestrekker’s broker tools cover home loans, asset finance and commercial lending. They include comparison and decision-support tools, electronic signatures and lender lodgement options. The integrations available in your workspace must match the lenders and finance types you actually use.

For example, a residential deal can have its documents collected through the client portal, its notes reviewed by the processor and its application lodged through the enabled integration. During evaluation, check that the lender you selected is available through that route. A lender on the aggregator’s panel and an enabled electronic lodgement connection are separate things.

Limitations Worth Knowing

Salestrekker’s guidance says brokers must review and edit AI-generated comments for accuracy and compliance. Read the draft against the application before importing it or sending it to a lender. Generated wording does not remove your responsibility for the client’s circumstances or the submission.

Workflow automation repeats the process you configure. If the process has duplicate tasks or unclear owners, automation can carry those problems through every file faster. Fix the task sequence and responsibilities before copying it across your pipeline.

The client portal also changes what clients do themselves. Explain how to upload documents and what happens next before moving a client into the portal. Agree on phone follow-up with clients who need help, so an unanswered portal request does not stall their application.

Salestrekker Deals and the Aggregator’s Commission Report

Salestrekker records the deal, while the supplying aggregator’s issued commission statement records the commission paid on it. The CRM’s branded name does not change which aggregator issues that statement.

To reconcile a settled deal, find its loan account or reference number in the CRM. Match it to the reference on the aggregator’s statement and in your trail book. Then compare the statement period and the payment type, because upfront and trail answer different questions. Use the loan reference as the match and investigate a changed or missing reference before merging rows by client name.

For a hypothetical SFG deal, keep the SFGconnect file reference beside the loan reference used on SFG’s commission report. A settled status tells you the deal progressed. The report row tells you what SFG paid for that reporting period. If a payment is missing, give SFG the loan reference and the relevant statement period when raising the query.

The supported aggregator reports list shows the formats Track My Trail reads. It includes SFG, outsource Financial, Astute and YBR Aggregation reports. For another aggregator, use the Generic CSV template or PDF to CSV.

Upload two monthly reports to Track My Trail and Quick Analysis shows which clients were added or dropped off and which loans discharged or refinanced. It also shows large balance changes and loans in arrears, so you can connect the month’s trail movement to the loans behind it.

How to Evaluate It Properly

Evaluate Salestrekker with one authorised live file from intake to lodgement. Use the workspace your aggregator will supply and agree on the trial access before entering client information.

  1. Run the application through your usual stages. Time the work and note any task you still have to do outside the CRM.
  2. Test the client portal and document requests with the client. Confirm the processor can see the returned documents and the outstanding tasks.
  3. Check the comparison tools and the lodgement connection for your intended lender. Confirm that the application reaches the expected lender channel.
  4. Ask the aggregator which integrations your agreement includes and how broker licences, support-user access and optional tools are billed.
  5. Check the post-settlement follow-up. Confirm that the responsible team member can see the next review task after the file settles.

The loan origination software comparison puts Salestrekker beside other platforms if you are choosing between systems.

When the trial file moves cleanly, migrate one pipeline segment first. Keep the old system read-only until its last file settles, with access to the records you still need. Review the setup after a month before moving the rest of the book.
