Connective Mercury Nexus CRM: Login and Costs

Track My Trail Team

Mercury Nexus is Connective’s broker customer relationship management (CRM) and business platform for managing client files and loan applications. Connective supplies it to members as its own platform, with access included at no extra product fee.

Mercury Nexus Login Through Connective

Use Connective’s Mercury Nexus login to enter your assigned brokerage workspace with your registered email and password. This is member access to an existing workspace, not a public account registration.

Before retrying credentials, ask your brokerage administrator to confirm that Connective has activated your account. Check that your registered email matches the identity you are using and that your account belongs to the correct brokerage. If the login asks you to confirm a partner group, select the group assigned to you.

For a wrong-password message, select “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Connective’s production recovery form asks for your Connective ID and email, then lets you request and enter an SMS verification code. Follow that recovery sequence to set your password.

If the verification code does not arrive, the login page directs you to Mercury Helpdesk at helpdesk@connective.com.au. Contact the same team if you cannot recover access using your registered details. Describe the error and the recovery step that failed, without sending your password or verification code.

If you can sign in but the workspace is empty, ask your brokerage administrator to check your permissions and brokerage assignment. Missing client files or reports after successful sign-in need that access check before another password reset. Confirm recovery by opening a file or report that your administrator says your account can access.

What Mercury Nexus Can Do

Mercury Nexus brings client information and the mortgage application workflow into the system Connective members use each day. Its client tools include Client Centre for collecting client details and Doc Centre for requesting documents. The existing workflow also includes contact import and fact-find templates.

Connective’s compliance support material describes branded email and SMS sent from Mercury Nexus. Its Mercury Nexus product page also lists application lodgement, open banking and DigiSign for electronic signatures. Pipeline reporting shows where deals sit and which files need attention.

Use those tools together to follow a file from client information collection through the application process. If your team runs a second CRM beside Mercury Nexus, plan who maintains each record. Otherwise, duplicate client records and extra hand-offs can leave one system with details the other lacks.

How to Test the Workflow

Test Mercury Nexus with a sample residential file before making it your brokerage’s daily working system. Use fictional details or a demonstration file agreed with Connective.

  1. Create a sample contact and start a residential file. Check that the contact and file appear in the workspace your team will use.
  2. Send a Client Centre request and a Doc Centre request. Open the client view and check that the questions and requested documents match the file.
  3. Follow the file through the broker workflow. Note each point where the team must enter information again or move it into another system.
  4. Get the included modules, user costs and data-export process confirmed in writing. Check that the written answers cover the users and workflow you just tested.

The test is complete when your team can find the returned client information and documents, follow the file’s status and identify every remaining manual hand-off.

Cost and Membership

Connective says Mercury Nexus is included for members at no extra product fee. Membership is the basis of that access, so read the Connective rate schedule alongside your own membership agreement.

Get written confirmation of whether your agreement has separate charges for user seats, messages or optional modules. That separates the included platform from any additional services your brokerage chooses. For the wider aggregation decision, the AFG and Connective comparison explains their different models.

Mercury Nexus Compared With General CRMs

Mercury Nexus suits a Connective brokerage that wants client records and mortgage file workflow in its aggregator platform. HubSpot and Salesforce are general CRM platforms that a brokerage can configure around its own processes.

Run the same sample file through each option before choosing. Compare how client details enter the file, how documents return and where your team re-enters information. Check the path into loan lodgement as well as the CRM record itself.

The mortgage broker CRM comparison covers the broader choices. For platforms supplied through other networks, use the aggregator CRM guides.

Where Connective Commission Figures Come From

Mercury Nexus shows pipeline progress and settlement status. The commission Connective pays is recorded on Connective’s issued commission statement. A file marked settled tells you where the deal reached in the workflow, while the statement identifies the payment received.

Compare the paid loan identifiers on the statement with the loans in your trail book. A loan expected to receive trail but absent from the statement needs investigation. Check whether it discharged or changed its loan reference before raising a missing-payment query with Connective.

Track My Trail reads Connective reports to help you check the money beside your CRM workflow. Upload two monthly reports to Quick Analysis to see which loans were added or dropped off and which clients discharged or refinanced. Keep the relevant loan identifiers and statement periods with any query you raise.

The Track My Trail section of Connective’s profile explains how to use Connective reports for commission analysis.

Deciding Whether Mercury Nexus Fits

Mercury Nexus fits a Connective brokerage that uses its client, document and workflow tools as part of daily file management. Complete the sample-file test and get written answers about modules, user costs and data export before committing your team’s process to it.

Choose the workflow your team can follow from client request to application without unexplained gaps between systems. Keep Connective’s issued commission statements as the basis for checking the payments attached to those files.
