outsource Financial: Aggregation and ioutsource

outsource Financial is an Australian mortgage aggregator for brokers and referrers, with ioutsource as its Salestrekker-based broker platform. Members can write loans, refer clients to lending managers or combine both models. Track My Trail analyses outsource Financial commission reports alongside that workflow.

ioutsource Login and Account Access

Start ioutsource access through outsource Financial's official website or the account invitation your brokerage administrator sends you. You need an activated account, the invited email address and assignment to the correct brokerage.

  1. Open outsource Financial's official website and use its Login entry for member access. For a direct ioutsource invitation, use the address supplied in that invitation.
  2. Confirm that the destination is your outsource Financial ioutsource workspace before entering credentials. If the member portal opens first, use the ioutsource destination supplied for your brokerage.
  3. Enter your invited email and password on the native sign-in screen. Use a single sign-on route only when your administrator has configured and supplied it for your account.
  4. Complete the verification requested by your account. After sign-in, confirm the brokerage name and a client or deal you are authorised to see.

If your account is not recognised, ask the administrator to confirm the invitation's email address and activation status. The administrator must also check your brokerage assignment and access permissions. Repeatedly changing your password will not correct a missing assignment.

For a forgotten native password, use the password-recovery control on your supplied sign-in page. Check the invited mailbox and spam folder for the reset message. Single sign-on accounts use the recovery process of the identity provider your administrator specifies.

If verification fails, check that you are using the code for the correct account and request a fresh code where the screen permits. For a lost authenticator, use the recovery option shown on that account's screen. Escalate to support if you cannot complete recovery.

A successful sign-in with the wrong clients or no reports needs a permissions check. Give the administrator the workspace name, your account email and the missing report or client reference. Ask them to confirm organisation membership, broker assignment and report visibility before working in that session.

ioutsource: outsource Financial’s Salestrekker-Based CRM

ioutsource is outsource Financial's broker customer relationship management (CRM) platform, supplied by Salestrekker. outsource Financial describes Salestrekker as an independent technology provider on its software page.

The software page names ApplyOnline and Simpology as connected electronic lodgement channels. It also lists LoanQ for commercial and consumer asset-finance origination.

A broker gathers client information and prepares the application in the platform, then uses the authorised channel for the selected lender. Review the application and supporting documents before submission. A prepared application still needs the lender's required information and your permission to lodge.

If an invitation or training resource says ioutsource v2, confirm the version and login address assigned to your brokerage. Use the instructions for that account. The version label alone does not establish that every outsource Financial broker has the same screens.

Licensing and Membership Responsibilities

outsource Financial publishes a broker model, a referrer model and a combination model. Its business-model page says accredited brokers can write loans themselves, while referrers direct clients to lending managers. The combination model permits both activities.

The broker model includes professional development and business-strategy support. outsource Financial also advertises complimentary two-year mentoring. Its complaints page describes a process for complaints about its credit representatives.

When joining as a broker, establish whether your agreement appoints you as a credit representative or requires your own Australian credit licence (ACL). Record the licensee, your authorised activities and who supervises your files. A referral arrangement does not itself authorise you to provide regulated credit assistance.

outsource Financial describes compliance support as part of its member services. You still need to complete your client assessments and retain the evidence for your recommendations. Follow the file requirements of your licensee and the lender receiving the application.

Panel and Scenario Support

outsource Financial's published panel covers residential and commercial lending, asset and equipment finance, motor vehicles, personal lending and private funding. Its company page describes major lenders alongside smaller and specialist providers.

For a difficult file, use the member-support team to identify a suitable lending channel. Give the team the loan purpose, security and facts affecting the application, such as income structure or credit history. Keep client information within the authorised support channel.

Panel access and lender accreditation are separate. A lender appearing on the panel does not establish that your individual accreditation permits you to lodge. Confirm your accreditation and the submission channel for that lender before sending the file.

Commercial Questions Before Joining

Your written membership terms determine the cost of joining outsource Financial and what happens to your commission income when you leave. Compare the full agreement with your brokerage's expected settlements and trail book.

  • Identify fixed membership and software charges, commission deductions and any minimum-volume conditions.
  • Confirm the payment cycle, how recipient-created tax invoices (RCTIs) are supplied and how commission corrections or clawbacks are handled.
  • Read the clauses governing trail entitlement, book sales and transfers. Check whether payments continue after termination and under which conditions.
  • Check notice periods, exit charges, client-data exports and access to historical reports after departure.

Use the aggregator-fees guide to compare fee structures. The guide to switching aggregators explains the transfer questions, while the aggregator comparison helps you assess other groups.

When reading outsource Financial reviews, separate comments about onboarding from evidence about ongoing support. Ask about the support channel and escalation process relevant to your business. Tanya Sale's role identifies the leadership, but a leadership profile does not establish your contract terms.

Track My Trail With outsource Financial Reports

Current original outsource Financial RCTI XLSX reports work unchanged in Quick Analysis and Trail History. Keep the workbook as issued, including its commission rows.

Older reports in the legacy layout need conversion to CSV before Quick Analysis. Preserve all figures during conversion. Legacy reports remain Quick Analysis inputs only: renaming or resaving a file does not make it eligible for Trail History.

The legacy report uses the earlier report structure, separate from the current original RCTI workbook. Use the report-layout examples in the Track My Trail upload handbook to match your file to the correct route.

Upload two monthly reports containing trail payments to Quick Analysis. We show lost and gained trail between those periods, with clients added or dropped off and changes from repayments or drawdowns. Quick Analysis stores nothing.

With supported current RCTIs in Trail History, Missing Trail Analysis identifies gaps where a loan's trail stops and later returns. It keeps those gaps separate from discharges, so you can raise the missing periods with outsource Financial. Historical Analysis compares stored periods without uploading the same reports again.
