Vision Aggregation is the Vision group’s aggregation business for mortgage brokers. It has a choice of commission models, Infynity CRM and broker mentoring, separate from the group’s retail broking arm.
The Vision Group and Its Aggregator
Vision Aggregation supports brokers running their own businesses. Vision Property and Finance is the group’s retail business, where borrowers receive mortgage broking and other financial services.
Vision Aggregation’s team page names David Lennox as managing director and Matt Ivers as director and property adviser. Its privacy policy identifies Vision Aggregation under ABN 50 867 155 934 and Australian credit licence (ACL) 388570.
For a broader comparison of boutique networks, see Australia’s smaller aggregators. If you are moving an existing business, the guide to switching aggregators covers the transition.
Commission Models and Broker Support
Vision’s commission structures brochure sets out a flat monthly fee or a percentage model. Under its flat fee models, brokers keep 100% of upfront and trail commissions.
The brochure lists an individual fee of $595 per month plus GST and a group fee of $895 per month plus GST for up to three brokers. The percentage model pays brokers up to 95% of upfront and trail. These are Vision’s published aggregation terms, not lender commission rates.
A flat fee gives the brokerage a fixed aggregation cost as commission grows. Under a percentage model, the amount retained by the aggregator follows the commission received. Compare both against your expected upfront and trail income.
Vision uses Infynity CRM for client records, deal tracking and compliance. Its training covers lender servicing calculators, loan structuring and submission preparation, with software training for documents and settlement tracking.
For new brokers, Vision promotes a Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) endorsed mentor programme. Personal mentoring covers compliance and client management. Practical training covers lender policy and the client process, with monthly workshops on sales, marketing and live lending scenarios.
Track My Trail With Vision Aggregation Reports
Vision Aggregation brokers can use Track My Trail through the Generic CSV route. Prepare two monthly reports in the signed-in template for Quick Analysis to see clients added or dropped off and how repayments changed your trail.
Trail History stores reports with your opt-in consent. Missing Trail Analysis separates loans whose trail stopped and later returned from clients who discharged, so you can raise the missing months with Vision.
Use the signed-in Generic CSV template to prepare your reports, or convert a PDF statement with PDF to CSV. Keep the original Vision records and check the converted rows against them. Generic CSV support requires data prepared in the template, rather than an unchanged export.
We analyse the reports you upload. Track My Trail does not connect to Vision’s systems. See supported aggregator reports for the report options.
7 day free trial. No credit card.
