ubank Broker Portal: Broker Flow and Lodgement

Track My Trail Team

The ubank broker portal lets accredited brokers lodge applications through Broker Flow and follow digital customer tasks. Access also depends on your aggregator or sub-aggregator's distribution agreement.

You can complete application sections in any order. Broker Flow also accepts a previous bankstatements.com document ID for the Smart Statement requirement, so a client can avoid supplying the same data twice.

How Distribution Works

ubank loans reach the broker channel through accredited brokers whose aggregators or sub-aggregators have the required contractual arrangements. ubank's Neat home loan distribution terms identify the agreement as being with NAB or its representatives.

Both layers apply to your access: your own accreditation and your group's agreement. Before adding ubank to a client's options, confirm that your group can distribute the product you intend to recommend.

For accreditation, ubank's published process starts with your aggregator submitting the form. Complete ubank's online training, then use the broker ID ubank issues to submit applications.

Start a ubank broker login from the official Broker Access page. ubank is part of the NAB Group, but the NAB broker portal has its own guide.

Working the Platform Day to Day

Use Broker Flow's live application statuses to see where a file sits and its integrated information requests to identify what the lender needs next. Assign each request to someone in your team and record the response in your client file.

The any-order sections let you work on the information you have while other details are being collected. For example, enter the available application details while your client completes identity verification and consent.

ubank's rebuilt-platform guide explains the Smart Statement shortcut. Supply a previous bankstatements.com document ID to satisfy that requirement, or send the client a bankstatements.com link to collect their statements.

Customer tasks arrive in a single communication covering verification of identity, bank statements and consent. Electronic verification and signing form part of the digital application process. Check each task's completion status before telling the client that the file is ready to progress.

When a request needs clarification, use ubank broker support and include the application reference and the task involved. Keep the lender's response with the file so another team member can follow it.

Where the Limits Sit

The ubank platform manages your relationship with one lender. Your pipeline across lenders, compliance records and client history stay in your brokerage's own systems.

Record the portal's status and outstanding tasks in your own pipeline so a ubank file remains visible beside your other deals. A completed digital task also needs its supporting record retained under your brokerage's procedures.

Product suitability is a separate assessment. Use the ubank pay and credit policy guide for that question and the Australian broker portal guides for other lender platforms.

Your Next Step

Review one ubank file from the first application details through customer tasks, information requests and the final outcome. Note where your team must act and where the client completes a digital task.

Confirm that your aggregator's agreement covers the current products you want to use. Then decide whether ubank's products and policy fit your clients well enough to earn a place on your lender shortlist.
