NAB Broker Portal: Accreditation and Lodgement

Track My Trail Team

NAB broker portal access starts with accreditation through your aggregator or franchise group. Use the residential or commercial pathway that matches the file and your accreditation.

For an existing Advantedge-funded loan, the move to NAB Tailored Home Loans determines which servicing channel applies. Former Citi consumer mortgages are already integrated into NAB.

Arrange Accreditation and Portal Access

Arrange NAB accreditation through your aggregator or franchise group before requesting portal access. NAB's accreditation instructions set out the group-led process.

  1. Confirm you belong to an aggregator or franchise group.
  2. Obtain the accreditation forms and documentation from your group.
  3. Complete the documents so your aggregator can submit the request on your behalf.
  4. After approval, expect contact from a NAB business development manager (BDM).

If you are approved but using the portal for the first time, contact your NAB BDM to organise access. Open the NAB broker login and use the username in your welcome email. For an existing password problem, use the login page's reset-password option.

Prepare a Residential Submission

Prepare identification and signatures through NAB's digital residential process, then submit all required upfront documents together. NAB's residential resources describe these submission steps.

Before giving a client a timing estimate, check NAB's current service levels for the relevant application or processing milestone. NAB bases its service levels on receipt of all required supporting documentation.

Record the estimate and its date in the client file. Update the client when the published timing or the file changes. An assessment estimate does not establish when loan documents or account opening will finish.

For the lending rules behind the application, read the NAB commission, clawback and credit policy guide.

Use the Correct Commercial Pathway

Small business, commercial and equipment finance each require the applicable NAB accreditation, documents and support pathway. A residential login does not carry a home-loan checklist across to those products.

NAB's commercial and equipment accreditation instructions include approval from your aggregator representative. NAB also requires residential accreditation when you advise on residential loans or loans regulated by the National Consumer Credit Act.

Use the NAB commercial broker resources for the borrowing purpose and confirm the responsible NAB contact before preparing the submission.

Loans Migrated From Advantedge and Citi

Advantedge has scheduled its home loans to move onto NAB systems as NAB Tailored Home Loans. After a loan moves, brokers service it through NAB.

GO Edge and MyLoan Elect were Advantedge-funded products. Choicelend was Choice's Advantedge-funded white label and is included in the move to NAB Tailored Home Loans.

For existing MyLoan Elect loans, StarNet access ends with the migration. The customer's migration confirmation establishes that the loan has moved. Use the Advantedge broker migration FAQ for servicing restrictions before and after the move.

The GO Edge broker access guide explains how brokers reach those existing loans.

Citi consumer mortgages were fully integrated into NAB, so former Citi borrowers are serviced through NAB's broker channel. NAB records the completed mortgage integration in its full-year results presentation.

Separate Verified Portal Functions From Assumptions

NAB's public broker pages confirm login access, resources, service levels and accreditation guidance. The dashboards and reporting available to you depend on what your accredited account contains.

Open your account and check each function before relying on it for file management. If a report or status screen is missing, ask your NAB contact how to obtain the information needed for that file.

For access to another lender or a closed brand, use the Australian broker portal directory.

Build a Repeatable NAB File Check

Run the same NAB file check before each submission so access or missing documents do not delay a prepared application.

  1. Confirm you can log in with current NAB access.
  2. Choose the lending pathway covered by your accreditation.
  3. Attach the full upfront document pack required for that application.
  4. Record the day's published service-level estimate and the date you give it to the client.
  5. Identify the NAB contact who can resolve any unexplained step.

Before lodging, confirm the selected pathway and document pack match the file. Resolve an access failure with your BDM before submission. For an inherited loan, use its migration confirmation to select the servicing channel.
