Resimac Broker Portal: BrokerZone and RESIQ

Track My Trail Team

Resimac's broker portal is BrokerZone, where you find calculators, product information and the forms needed to prepare a loan application. Use NextGenID for digital identity checks, RESIQ for submission and Loantrak for settlement tracking after approval.

Start at Resimac BrokerZone for the public resources. Resimac's broker login page directs you to its RESIQ submission system. Your accredited broker access is separate from the client's loan account login.

What Sits Inside BrokerZone

BrokerZone has serviceability calculators for Prime and Specialist lending, plus tools for income assessment and the funds needed to finish a purchase.

The Resimac calculator collection includes the following tools.

  • Prime and Specialist serviceability calculator.
  • SMSF serviceability calculator for self-managed super fund lending.
  • Annualised income calculator.
  • BAS worksheet calculator for business activity statement figures.
  • Funds to complete calculator.
  • Lenders mortgage insurance (LMI) premium calculator.

Choose the calculator for the product before entering the client's figures. A BAS worksheet helps you assess business income, but its result still needs the supporting documents required for the application.

BrokerZone's forms page groups application packs by product. Download the matching pack so you have its checklist and forms together. The education hub also has learning material and product guides.

Read policy updates regularly, especially before lodging a specialist file. Changes to specialist criteria can alter which documents you need or whether an exception fits. Use the Resimac policy guide for the lending-policy question.

Identity Verification and Submission

Begin digital identity verification with NextGenID in ApplyOnline. NextGen names Resimac among the lenders that enable this service. Keep the identity result with the application.

If the digital route fails, use Resimac's manual Customer ID form with the required identity copies. Resimac also accepts IDYou for face-to-face or remote verification. Use the accepted route that fits the client's circumstances.

For IDYou, open the completed borrower record and select Prepare Report for Lender before providing the report with the application. Resimac's identity and settlement instructions explain this process.

  1. Complete the product's supporting-document checklist. Match the applicant's name and address to the identity documents and explain any differences with the required supporting evidence.
  2. Lodge the complete application through the RESIQ submission route available to your accredited broker account.
  3. Retain the application reference and review any requests for missing information or outstanding conditions.

Repeated formal credit applications can leave credit enquiries on the client's file. Establish the likely policy fit before lodging across several lenders. A scenario discussion is different from a formal credit application.

Send a complete file at the first submission. Missing documents create follow-up work and delay assessment, even when the application has reached the lender successfully.

For Resimac broker support, its contact page separates application documents, assessment conditions and status enquiries. Quote the application reference and describe the specific outstanding item.

After Approval

Once an approved file reaches MSA National for settlement, Loantrak shows the settlement work and outstanding requirements. MSA supplies the login details and identifies the person managing the file.

Use Loantrak to review completed and pending milestones, inspect file notes and upload requested documents. Direct settlement questions to the file owner shown there.

A file can appear still after approval because document preparation and settlement requirements are still being completed. Approval is one milestone. Explain the outstanding requirement and next action to the client instead of treating a quiet status screen as a settlement date.

Run the LMI calculator during preparation, before the client commits to the funding plan. Include any applicable premium in the cost discussion and reconcile it with the funds to complete calculation. The calculator estimate does not confirm approval.

Your Next Step

Open BrokerZone and find the calculator for your latest unusual client scenario. Then locate the current identity options and the newest policy update relevant to that file.

Read that policy update in full before relying on an older assessment. Match your documents to the application pack, then lodge with the identity result attached. Compare another lender's process through the Australian broker portal guides when you are preparing a different lender's file.
