AMP Bank Broker Portal: Login and Lodgement

Track My Trail Team

The AMP broker portal starts with your aggregator CRM: accredited AMP Bank brokers launch Loanapp there to create applications. Use Simpology Manager for the application dashboard and information requests, as AMP Bank’s platform guidance directs.

AMP Bank Broker Portal Sign-In

AMP Bank’s platform access guide requires AMP Bank accreditation and an aggregator connected to Loanapp. Support staff need their own access, arranged through your business development manager (BDM).

For a forgotten password, use the reset or recovery option on the sign-in screen. If locked out, email support@simpology.com.au. If Loanapp is missing from your CRM or launch fails, send your BDM your broker code and brokerage details so AMP can reconcile your profile.

Accreditation With AMP Bank

Apply through AMP Bank’s accreditation form. It asks for your aggregator group, Australian credit licence (ACL) details and your relationship to the licence holder. Credit representatives supply their licensee and representative number. Enter assistant details if someone else will liaise on applications.

The accreditation process then includes an emailed five-minute video and DocuSign paperwork. AMP publishes an application processing target of 10 business days. Once processed, AMP issues a Broker ID and credentials.

Lodging AMP Bank Applications

AMP Bank uses a customised Loanapp platform. Its application process map sets out this sequence:

  1. Choose AMP Bank in your aggregator CRM and launch Loanapp.
  2. Send digital consent and verification of identity requests to the applicants.
  3. Complete income verification and declared expenses, then address the platform’s credit-policy checks.
  4. Submit the application after completing the required supporting documents.

Use AMP’s Training Hub for the supporting-document workflow and application dashboard guides. Its broker application journey shows consent before data integrations and an approval email before loan contracts.

Information requests appear in Manager and arrive by email. Upload requested documents to the request. AMP’s platform FAQ says credit is alerted once all outstanding documents are supplied. After unconditional approval, MSA’s LoanTrak tracks settlement.

AMP’s broker product list includes Professional Package, AMP Essential Home Loan and Equity Flex. It also lists SMSF lending, construction and land loans. Use that broker list when choosing a product for lodgement.

Broker Support and Service Times

Call AMP Bank’s Broker Experience team on 1300 300 400, from 9am to 6pm AEST, Monday to Friday. For a scenario or a file that needs escalation, find your BDM by aggregator and state in AMP’s broker contact directory.

AMP publishes assessment targets on its processing-times page. It separates new applications from pipeline files awaiting further information and from post-settlement requests. Match the target to your application type and whether the required information is complete before giving the client a timing expectation.

AMP Bank Versus AMP Wealth Sites

Use AMP Bank’s Broker Hub for mortgage origination. My AMP is a customer account service. North Online belongs to AMP’s wealth platform, with separate registration and support. AMP’s account registration guide describes those customer routes.

An adviser or member login will not launch your broker’s AMP Bank application. For another lender on your panel, use the Australian broker portal directory.

AMP Bank Loans in Your Trail Reports

AMP Bank upfront and trail payments appear in your aggregator’s commission statement. A settled status in the application dashboard answers the loan-progress question. The monthly statement answers whether you received commission.

Compare consecutive statements by loan reference. If an AMP Bank loan disappears, reconcile it against discharge records and payment adjustments before raising a missing-payment query with the aggregator.

Track My Trail’s Quick Analysis compares two monthly aggregator reports and shows loans that dropped off separately from discharged or refinanced clients. It reads reports from aggregators including AFG, Connective, Finsure and LMG. Find your report route in the supported aggregators guide.

Send the aggregator the affected loan reference and the statement periods when payment stopped. Use the AMP Bank lender guide for pay and clawback rules when checking the explanation.
