Bluebay Home Loans Broker Portal and Login

Track My Trail Team

The Bluebay broker portal login is at Bluebay Brokers. Sign in with your username and password, or use the page's password-recovery link. Bluebay Home Loans keeps its own name, while Resolve Home Loans is another business name held by the same company.

What the Lender Confirms

The broker sign-in page identifies Bluebay Home Loans Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 389250 and ABN 62 127 824 524. It publishes the support number 1300 258 229 alongside the username and password fields.

Bluebay's credit guide describes an Australian-owned lender with home-loan products sourced from wholesale funders. The public login confirms access credentials and a support contact. It does not describe the tools available after you sign in.

Bluebay and Resolve Home Loans

Bluebay has not rebranded as Resolve Home Loans. The broker login is titled Bluebay Brokers, and the consumer site still uses Bluebay Home Loans.

ABN Lookup lists Resolve Home Loans and Bluebay Finance as business names held by Bluebay Home Loans Pty Ltd. If you search for Bluebay Finance, the broker login remains Bluebay Brokers.

The Resolve Finance franchise network uses Resolve Home Loans for its own-label loans. Its home-loans page names Bluebay Home Loans Pty Ltd trading as Resolve Home Loans in the footer. A Resolve Home Loans product is therefore a Bluebay loan under that label. Resolve Finance also has a lender panel, so the label does not describe every loan its brokers arrange.

For broker pay and lending criteria, use the separate Bluebay Home Loans broker-pay and credit-policy guide.

Which Portal Features Remain Unverified

Bluebay's public login and credit guide do not publish the portal feature list found in older articles. Treat those claims as questions for Bluebay before depending on them for a file.

  • Portfolio management and real-time application tracking.
  • Custom layouts and third-party integrations.
  • Automated tasks and analytics.
  • Tutorials, webinars and other portal training.
  • Specific encryption controls and built-in compliance functions.

Ask which functions exist in the system your accreditation gives you access to. A login screen alone does not establish any of these capabilities.

How to Get Access and Straight Answers

Start with your aggregator to confirm Bluebay accreditation and arrange broker access. Then use the lender's published login and support route.

  1. Open Bluebay Brokers and enter your username and password.
  2. If your credentials have lapsed, select the password-recovery link on the sign-in page. If recovery returns you to login or does not restore access, call 1300 258 229.
  3. Once you can sign in, record the screens and functions available to you. Ask support about any step your first application needs that you cannot find.

Send Bluebay these four questions in writing before setting your lodgement procedure.

  • How do we submit a new application, and where do we confirm Bluebay has received it?
  • Which channel must we use to send client documents and receive requests for additional documents?
  • How do application status updates reach us, and which updates must we check manually?
  • Who handles escalation when a file stalls, and what file reference and supporting details do they need?

Keep the reply with your brokerage's lender procedures. For other lenders, use the Australian broker portal guides to find each lender's access route.

Working Securely With a Smaller Lender

Send client documents through the channel Bluebay specifies. Keep separate case notes and status records so your brokerage retains the file history during a portal outage. Use a different password for each lender system.

Do not assume a familiar big-bank feature exists in Bluebay's portal. A mobile app, automatic notifications and another lender's turnaround times need their own confirmation. Set client expectations using Bluebay's answers about the process for their file.

Before You Build a Workflow Around It

Confirm your login works before making the Bluebay portal part of your lodgement procedure. Map the features you can see, then file Bluebay's written answers to the four questions where everyone in the brokerage can use them. Your procedure needs a submission receipt, a document channel, a status-check method and an escalation contact.
