# Track My Trail

> Track My Trail is Australian software that analyses the trail commission reports mortgage brokers import from their aggregator, showing lost and gained clients, missing trail, clawback risk and trail-book value.

Track My Trail works from the trail report file a broker’s aggregator issues: the broker imports that file at app.trackmytrail.com.au, and Track My Trail never sells or shares information from it.

**When to use:** Use Track My Trail when an Australian mortgage broker needs to identify missing trail commissions; see clients gained and lost month on month; find clients making large repayments or due for a refinance; identify the most profitable clients and top lenders; compare each broker’s trail contribution; find upfront commission at risk of clawback; estimate client lifetime value; or estimate the market value of a trail book.

**When not to use:** Track My Trail is not a consumer home-loan comparison, mortgage application, or lender service. It is trail-book analysis software for Australian mortgage brokers.
